Charitable Donations

We make regular charitable donations from the money raised by our fundraising events. Most donations go to local charities with some also going to National and International charitable causes as well. The most recent examples are:

FUNDING TOWARDS RILEY’S WHEELCHAIR

Rayleigh Lions Club(CIO) have helped Gemma, Riley’s mother in her fund raising efforts for a manual wheelchair for her son Riley who has been diagnosed with (S.M.A.)

Donation of £2,000 towards cost of new sensory room which
will support children with varying educational needs.

S.C.A.F.T Christmas party

Funding towards joint Christmas party for young carers aged 6-18yrs old. S.C.A.F.T (Supporting Carers and Family together) is a Rochford based charity providing support to young carers.

RAYLEIGH LIONS DONATES £3500 TO FUND ‘BLEED KITS’ FOR LIAM TAYLOR LEGACY.

Funding to cover cost of 30 Bleed kits for use in the
Rayleigh and Rochford area.
