On your bike Joseph Project

Twelve year old Joseph Wratton (left), who suffers from cerebral palsy, cuts the ribbon to open his
new playground at the back of his house where he can ride around on his specially adapted bike.
Thanks to Rayleigh Lions and the building company McAlpine.br Rayleigh Lions took up this case when they heard of the dificulties the family where having in obtaining planning permission for the playground.
With perseverance the Lions eventually obtained the necessary planning permission.
McAlpines agreed to do the main work and the money raised by Rayleigh Lions was used for finishing off the playground and the cost of the planning application.
