Funding Towards Riley’s Wheelchair
Rayleigh Lions Club(CIO) have helped Gemma, Riley’s mother in her fund raising efforts for a manual wheelchair for her son Riley.
Riley is 3 years old and has (S.M.A.) Spinal Muscular Atrophy, which severely affects his breathing and mobility.
The manual wheel chair will help him develop his independence in and around his house, and when out on walks and visiting Little Havens.
Gemma has fundraised every year for other items he needs including spinal braces, weekly physio sessions and hydro therapy, so Rayleigh Lions Club were pleased to help in the funding for this new life changing equipment.
